The Vienna Town Council designated Sept. 17–23 as Constitution Week and presented the proclamation to the Daughters of the American Revolution at the council's Monday, Sept. 14 meeting.
Thursday, Sept. 17 marks the 239th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution. The Town of Vienna announced the proclamation on X ahead of the anniversary. The town's post did not specify which of Vienna's two local DAR chapters accepted the proclamation.
