Three Vienna-address restaurants face corrective deadlines after Fairfax County health inspectors flagged violations during early August visits, Patch reported on Aug. 28.

Lei'd Poke at 8032 Leesburg Pike, Suite D, was inspected Aug. 3. Inspectors found sewage backing up under the three-compartment sink and food held below required temperatures. A manager submitted a repair work order and was told to provide proof of fixes within three days.

Dunkin' at 1495 Cornerside Blvd. was inspected Aug. 4. The location lacked a food thermometer and did not have a certified food manager on site, both repeat violations. The inspector warned that continued failure to staff a certified manager could result in closure and enforcement referral within 30 business days.

Sir Sandwich Co. at 8496 Tyco Road, Unit B, was inspected Aug. 6. Inspectors found live flies in the preparation and service areas and sink water well below required temperatures because of a malfunctioning water heater. The restaurant was directed to obtain pest-control service within 10 days and arrange urgent water-heater repair.

Some violations at all three locations were corrected on site.
